I lead and structure large-scale transformation initiatives at the intersection of strategy, learning, and digital technology. My focus is on complex organizations, where institutional vision, multidisciplinary teams, and measurable impact must work together.

As a leadership team member and lead for strategic projects, I draw on a strong engineering background and experience managing technology teams in demanding environments including pharma, finance and industry. Equally at ease in the boardroom and with frontline teams, I ground strategic decisions in operational reality.

My profile is international by nature: bilingual in French and English, fluent in Italian, educated in multicultural settings and based in Geneva at the crossroads of public, private and international institutions. A lifelong technologist passionate about AI and digital arts, I also design interactive experiences and 3D environments in Unity.
